Shortly after arriving in Israel in 1996, Patricia opened the representative office of The Walt Disney Company in Israel and successfully developed its activity across different lines of business, partnering with major companies in the market and filling different positions in finance, product development, sales, marketing and finally in General Management. After a successful corporate career, Patricia decided to leverage her business experience to promote social targets and assisted nonprofits develop marketing strategies including self-generated income drivers, social business and partnerships with business corporations. Patricia also serves as a Director in Yaad, a public company in the Cleantech industry. With her multi-disciplinary experience, Patricia is passionate about bringing her entrepreneurial experience to the next generation of startups.
Born in France, Patricia holds a MBA from ESCP (Leading French Business School) and a BA in Hebrew, Jewish History and Israel sociology from INALCO (Institute of Oriental Languages and Civilizations).

Fun fact: After the birth of her second daughter, Patricia decided it is time to fulfill her teenage dream to learn how to play the guitar. After tough sessions of self-tutoring on Youtube, she can now laboriously align two or three chords.
Tehila moved from Paris in 2015. She currently lives in Tel Aviv.
She holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management from Université Paris-Dauphine. She has lived in Toronto and New York. She has experience in various industries and recently worked at JVP, a venture capital firm in Israel. As an Olah, she relates to the struggles of new immigrants and hopes to make a difference for future Olim!

Tal Kelem, Director TheHive Ashdod by Gvahim Entrepreneurial Accelerator
As a young entrepreneur 20 years ago , Tal founded the first geographical magazine in Israel: Massa Acher. Since then, he held several management and business development positions including: Director of Economic Affairs to the Israeli Embassy in Beijing and to the Israel Economic and Cultural office in Taipei, Sales and Market Development Director for East Asia at Comverse, VP Marketing and Business Development at The Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel, and lastly, as Business Consultant for entrepreneurs and startups.
All these experiences have prepared Tal for the unique task of assisting TheHive by Gvahim entrepreneurs in making their vision a reality.

Fun Fact: In 2008, Tal mountain biked all of the 1100 KM long “Shvil Israel”, Israel National Trail, for a total of 25 days. Since this hiking trail is not designed for cyclists, Tal and his partner carried their bikes on their backs to cross over cliffs, canyons and Nature Reserves.
Izabella Filipov, Program Coordinator TheHive Ashdod by Gvahim Entrepreneurial Accelerator
Izabella made Aliyah from the Former Soviet Union country Kazakhstan at the age of 9. She curently lives in Ashkelon.
Izabella served for two years as the Chief Secretary in the Human Recourses of the Navy. During that time she was exposed to the managerial processes behind crucial decisions made at the higher ranks of the army. She has a B.A. in Economics and Strategic Studies from Tel-Aviv University and applying this knowledge to the daily coordination of TheHive Ashdod program. Izabella can relate to difficulties of the new comers to Israel as someone that made the same very memorable journey early on in life.
